AinoAid™ Professional services
When life changes your plans, or you want to make a change in your life, you do not necessarily have to know what kind of help you need. We can help you find it.
Therapy is necessary in certain situations. Alongside therapy, or instead of it, you may need support with something such as taking control of your finances. Or perhaps you want to make a change in your life and need support in figuring out how to put that change into practice.
Asking for help does not require a crisis, a problem or an illness. You can also reach out proactively, before things become more difficult. We provide confidential support remotely, with in-person meetings also possible.
Hyvinpitely Oy is a private social services provider registered with the National Licensing and Supervision Authority (Valvira), operating in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kirkkonummi and Kauniainen. Katja combines strong professional expertise, years of practical experience and a deep understanding of the impact of violence.
Katja is a solution-focused therapist and specialist in intimate partner violence. Since 2014, she has worked with adults, children and young people who have experienced violence, as well as with peer support groups and people who have used violence. She understands situations where a person needs both a safe and supportive encounter and concrete help in moving forward.
Katja’s particular strength is her ability to combine understanding, practical experience and a solution-focused approach. She helps clients make sense of difficult experiences, recognise their own strengths and find opportunities for change, however small – without blame or judgement.
Katja holds a degree in social services and is trained as a solution-focused therapist. She has also written and published books on intimate partner violence for both adults and young people.
With Katja, you do not have to explain everything from the beginning. She understands how violence can affect a person and their life – and helps you find a way forward.

Managing your finances does not mean investing or using complicated financial strategies. It means understanding your own financial situation, organising it and taking control of it again.
In Ulla’s practical financial mentoring, we look at income, expenses, debts and everyday spending. Together, we create a clear and realistic plan that helps you balance your finances, reduce financial stress and build financial security.
Ulla has 40 years of experience in international business, leadership and making complex situations easier to understand. She brings a practical approach to financial guidance and helps you understand where your money goes, what you want your money to enable and how your finances can better support the life you want to live.
Ulla’s strength lies in 40 years of experience in international business, leadership and making complex situations easier to understand. She helps turn your financial situation into a clear picture and transform it into a concrete plan.
Ulla knows from personal experience that managing your finances is not about having a high income or being an investment expert. It starts with understanding where your money goes, what you want your money to make possible and how your everyday finances can support the life you want to live.
For years, Ulla has managed her own finances purposefully, tracked her spending using Excel and saved simultaneously for everyday needs and future goals. She has also experienced how having a financial buffer can provide freedom, security and the opportunity to make your own choices in life.
Ulla’s financial mentoring focuses not on investment advice, but on the practical management of your finances: understanding your situation, balancing income and expenses, building a financial buffer and setting financial goals that support the life you want to live.
Money can be a source of worry or a tool for freedom. You decide which one it will be.

Change does not happen through a decision alone. It also requires a plan, support and concrete action.
Anna knows from personal experience that making a change in your life is not just a decision – it is a series of practical things that need to be dealt with even when your energy is running low. In the midst of change, even small practical matters can feel overwhelming. That is when it can help to have someone alongside you who can help you take things one at a time and turn thoughts into concrete action.
Anna’s mentoring focuses on turning change from an idea into practice. Together, you can clarify where to start, what needs to be dealt with first and how to move forward even when your energy is limited. You do not need to have a finished plan when you begin mentoring. Together, you can work out where to start, what needs to be done first and how to make the next steps possible when you simply do not have the energy for everything at once.
Anna brings experience in entrepreneurship, project management, teaching and consulting. She helps make complex situations clearer and turn plans into practical action.
Through her own experience of major life change, Anna has seen how difficult it can be to build a new direction while finances, work, housing and other practical matters still need to be resolved. She brings strong experience in entrepreneurship, project management, business development, teaching and consulting.
Anna is experienced in understanding complex situations, identifying what matters most and turning goals into concrete plans and action. She has strong expertise in managing change, purposeful planning and finding practical solutions. As a trainer and mentor, she combines analytical thinking, a practical approach and a people-centred way of working.
